Árni Árnason: Fæddur í Skógum í Axarfirði í N. Þingeyjarsýsla árið 1849. Axford vestra. Maki: 1889 Guðbjörg Jónsdóttir f. árið 1854. Dáin 1903 Börn: 1. Sigurbjörg 2. Guðmundur 3. Friðrik 4. Herbert (Herberg?) Fluttu vestur árið 1887 og vann Árni við námugröft til að byrja með. Tók land í Argylebyggð árið 1889. Flutti þaðan um aldamótin til Glenboro.

Guðni Jóhannesson fæddist í N. Þingeyjarsýslu 11. október, 1867. Maki: Hann var tvíkvæntur, fyrri kona hét María ættuð af Austurlandi en seinni kona var kanadísk. Börn: Guðni átti börn en upplýsingar vantar. Guðni var samferða systur sinni Guðbjörgu vestur til Winnipeg í Manitoba árið 1893. Hann var lengi í Glenboro en fluttui þaðan til Winnipeg.
