Magnús Einvarðsson fæddist í Mýrasýslu árið 1862. Dáinn í Lundarbyggð árið 1925. Maki: Guðbjörg Jónsdóttir f. 1861 í Mýrasýslu, d. 1932 í Lundarbyggð. Börn: 1. Jón f. 1894 2. Jónatan f. 1897 3. Málfríður (Freda) f.1902. Drengur fæddist andvana 1906. Þau fluttu vestur til Winnipeg í Manitoba árið 1899 og settust að í Lundarbyggð.
