Hóseas Björnsson fæddist árið 1843 í N. Múlasýslu. Maki: Guðbjörg Gísladóttir f. 1843 í S. Múlasýslu. Dáin 1910 í Saskatchewan. Börn: 1. Hóseas f. 1866 2. Ingibjörg f. 1867 Fluttu vestur í Vatnabyggð í Saskatchewan árið 1903 og námu land nærri Mozart í Vatnabyggð tveimur árum seinna.
