Jósef Davíðsson: Fæddur á Ferjubakka í Axarfirði í N. Múlasýslu árið 1847. Dáinn 1828 Maki: Soffía Jónsdóttir f. í S. Þingeyjarsýslu árið 1845. Dáin 1935 Börn: 1. Hjörtur f. 1875 2. Haraldur f. 1880 Fluttu vestur 1887 og tóku land í Argylebyggð ári síðar. Bjó þar í átta ár, seldi og fluttu til Baldur. Vann þar við trésmíðar.
