Sigurborg Jósefsdóttir fæddist árið 1850 í N. Múlasýslu Maki: Friðrik Metúsalem Árnason f. 22. júlí, 1850 í N. Múlasýslu, d. 23. september, 1908 í Marshall í Minnesota. Matthew Anderson í Minnesota. Börn: 1. Oktavía f. 1884 2. Margrét f. 11. apríl, 1885 3. Ingunn f. 1887. Þau fluttu vestur til Minnesota árið 1888 og settust að í Marshall í Lyon byggð.
