Kristín Sveinsdóttir fæddist í N. Múlasýslu árið 1853. Ógift og barnlaus. Kristín flutti vestur til Kanada árið 1883 með móður sinni, ekkjunni, Hólmfríði Sveinsdóttur. Þær fóru til Winnipeg í Manitoba.

Hólmfríður Sveinsdóttir

Hólmfríður Sveinsdóttir fæddist árið 1810 í N. Múlasýslu. Maki: 1) Pétur Torfason d. á Íslandi 2) Sveinn Jónsson d. á Íslandi. Börn: Með Sveini 1. Kristín f. 1853. Hólmfríður og Kristín fluttu vestur til Kanada árið 1883.
