Hannes Björnsson

Hannes Guðmundur Björnsson fæddist í Skagafjarðarsýslu árið 1863. Ókvæntur og barnlaus. Hann flutti vestur árið 1900 og mun hafa sest að í Akrabyggð í N. Dakota. Móðir hans, Valgerður Kristjánsdóttir mun hafa komið þangað til hans, hún dó í byggðinni árið 1912.

Maki: 1) Ólöf Hannesdóttir fæddist í Hnappadalssýslu árið 1857, d. 31. maí, 1900. 2) 12. nóvember, 1919 Gerða Halldórsdóttir, ættuð úr Önundarfirði. Börn: Með Ólöfu 1. Kristjana 2. Kristín 3.
