Rev. Albert Edward Kristjánsson was born April 17, 1877 in S. Þingeyjarsýsla. Died in Blaine, Washington in 1974.
Spouse: August 20, 1902 Anna Petrea Jakobsdóttir b. June 23, 1881 in Skagafjarðarsýsla, d. 1971 in Blaine.
Children: 1. Nanna Helga b. December 6, 1903 2. Hjálmar b. November 16, 1905 3. Sigrún Soffía b. March 6, 1908 4. Ósk Jóhanna b. April 24, 1910, d. same year 5. Jóhanna b. May 13, 1923.
Albert emigrated in 1888 with his parents, Kristján Guðmundsson and Helga Þórðardóttir and siblings. They settled in Gimli in New Iceland. Anna emigrated with her mother, Sigríður Sveinsdóttir, in 1887. Albert attended the Winnipeg Collegiate Institute and the Meadville Theological School at Meadville, Penn. He was ordained in the Unitarian Ministry in Gimli in 1910 where he served for two years. He moved to the Lundar settlement in 1912 where he served until 1928.
