Ingibjörg Einarsdóttir was born in 1864 in Gullbringusýsla.
Spouse: Reverend Bjarni Þórarinsson b. April 2, 1855 in Hrunamannahreppur in Árnessýsla, d. in Iceland on January 6, 1940.
Children: 1. Ingunn b. 1886 2. Guðrún b. January 1, 1888 3. Magnea b. 1889 4. Þórarinn. Guðrún, Magnea and Þórarinn came west in 1900.
Bjarni graduated from Reykjavík School in 1881, studied philosophy and theology until 1883 and was ordained the same year. He served in the Þykkvabæjar Monastery for the first year, but a year later he is a pastor at Prestsbakki in Síða. He served there for 12 years, but in 1896 he was appointed pastor at Útskáli. In 1900, Reverend Bjarni moved west across the ocean with his family where he served in various Icelandic settlements. He was pastor of the Tabernacle Congregation in Winnipeg for three years. He moved back to Iceland in 1916.
