Elenor was the daughter of Finnbogi Björnsson (Bearnson) and Josephine M C Bearnson, b. in Denmark April 26, 1958, d. in Spanish Fork July 28, 1925. Elenor completed her elementary education in Spanish Fork, then went to work. She worked for a while for the Nebo School District Spanish Fork, Utah Co. She was president of the Parent Teacher Association for 9 years and was a reporter for the Salt Lake Telegram for 5 years. She was one of the chairmen of a committee that worked on the preparation and design of an Icelandic monument in Spanish Fork.
