Harold’s parents were Sigurður Sigfússon from Roseau, Minnesota and Violet Moulton in Wynyard, Sask. Harold chose education, attended university in Saskatoon and completed a B.E. degree in physical education in 1971. He taught for ten years in Wynyard and several other places in the province. Upon retirement he switched to art and ended his career as teacher of art in Wynyard Composite High School. Sandra Ann studied at the same university as Harold in Saskatoon. She completed her B.A. in Education.
