They came west to Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1889. They settled in the Argyle Settlement a year later. The moved west and bought land in the Vallar Settlement in western Manitoba in 1900. They bought land in the Vatnabyggð settlement in Saskatchewan and moved there in 1910. They lived in the Kandahar/Dafoe area.
