Jóhanna Guðríður did not emigrate 2. Andrés Ferdinand lived in Iceland 3. Gunnþór b. October 4, 1896 4. Stefanía b. 1898 d. February 3, 1912 in the Isafold Settlement.

Jósef and Guðrún Rafnsdóttir came west to Ontario in Canada in 1874. They moved west to New Iceland in 1875 and settled in the Árnes Settlement. They moved to Winnipeg in 1879 where they lived for the next few years. Jósef and Málfríður lived in Winnipeg until the turn of the century and then moved to New Iceland, settling in the Árnes Settlement. Jósef later moved to Selkirk where he met and married the widow Guðrún Jóhannesdóttir who had emigrated in 1902. They moved to Mikley in 1908, and lived there briefly before settling in the Isafold Settlement. Ten years later, they settled near Riverton in the Fljóts Settlement.
