They came west in 1878 and settled in Minneota, Minnesota. They lived there 16 years before moving in 1894 to Duluth, Minnesota. They lived there four years and then moved to Akra, N. Dakota. In 1901, they moved again, this time to New Iceland, and took land in the Framnes Settlement.
