Páll Andrésson was born in 1877 in N. Þingeyjarsýsla. He died in Glenboro, Manitoba in 1964. He took the name Paul Anderson in the west.
Spouse: 1901 in Ballard, Washington, Guðný Aðalbjörg Albertsdóttir b. in N. Múlasýsla on August 15, 1877. She died in Brú in the Argyle Settlement in Manitoba in 1962. She took the last name Johnson and later Anderson in Canada.

Guðný came west to Minnesota in 1878 with her parents, Albert Júlíus Jónsson and Þórunni Á. Grímsdóttir. Páll came west to Canada in 1888 with his parents, Andrés Jóhannesson and Valgerður Björnsdóttir, who settled in the Argyle Settlement in Manitoba. Guðný and Páll met in Washington state, but moved from there to Manitoba and took over Páll’s father’s farm near Brú.
