Páll Árnason was born in Borgarfjarðarsýsla on July 3, 1878. He died in Winnipeg on September 13, 1951. He took the last name Reykdal in the west.
Spouse: 1904 Kristín Eggertsdóttir b. April 9, 1880 in Borgarfjarðarsýsla, d. in Winnipeg in 1969.

Páll came west to Winnipeg with his parents in 1887 and lived there two years. He moved with them to the Lundar Settlement in 1889. Kristín came west to Manitoba in 1887 with her parents and siblings. She and Páll lived in the Lundar Settlement until 1928 when they moved to Winnipeg.
