Guðrún Einarsdóttir was born in S. Múlasýsla on March 18, 1877.
Spouse: October 22, 1894 Finnbogi Guðmundsson b. in S. Múlasýsla on October 17, 1870, d. in the Lakes settlement (Vatnabyggð) in Saskatchewan on February 4, 1958.
Children: 1. Guðmundur b. November 2, 1896, d. January 1, 1950 in Winnipeg 2. Einar b. October 1, 1898 3. Helga b. August 6, 1903 4. Bogi b. 1911 5. Stanley b. January 26, 1916 6. Halldór b. October 29, 1920.
Finnbogi came to the West in 1887 with his parents, Guðmundur Finnbogason and Guðlaug Eiríksdóttir. Guðrún arrived the same year with her parents, Einar Eiríksson and Helga Marteinsdóttir. Finnbogi and Guðrún first lived in the Akra settlement but left in 1917 and moved to the Lakes settlement (Vatnabyggð) in Saskatchewan. They lived near Mozart.
