Anna emigrated to Spanish Fork, Utah in 1891. Helgi had come to Utah in 1890. They moved to Blaine, Washington in 1903 and bought land in Birch Bay sometime later and lived there. After Helgi died, Anna continued to live there until 1920 when she moved in with her daughter Anna in Blaine.
