Sigurdríf Guðbrandsdóttir was born on March 4, 1839 in Dalasýsla. She died in Tacoma, Washington on May 24, 1915.
Spouse: 1) Vigfús Hansson b. 1811, d. in Iceland before 1870 2) February 2, 1878 Magnús Magnússon b. January 18, 1849, d. in Tacoma, Washington on March 11, 1934. He took the name Magnus Maxim in the west.

Sigurdríf came west with son Albert Vigfússon in 1876 and moved to New Iceland. Magnús came the same path, the same year, and they were married in New Iceland. They moved from there to Winnipeg in 1883 and in 1902 went west to Tacoma.
