Ólafur Guðjón Arngrímsson: He was born in Vopnafjordur, N. Múlasýsla on April 23 1859. He was known as Olafur G. (O. G.) Anderson in the west. He died Sep. 10, 1903 of tuberculosis.

Ólafur emigrated west with his siblings in 1879. He settled in Lincoln County in Minnesota. He moved to Minneota in 1889 and was in retail clothing. He initially worked for the Verslunarfelag Islandinga (the Icelandic Cooperative), then worked for the Minneota Clothing Store. In 1896 he opened a general merchandise store, the O. G. Anderson Cash Store, and bought the Thos. McClusky building. Sigurborg came west with her parents in 1879.
