Guðfríður Guðmundsdóttir was born in Dalasýsla on August 1, 1862. She died in N. Dakota in 1949. Spouse: 1889 Guðmundur Guðmundsson b. in Snæfellsnessýsla on October 19, 1861, d. in N. Kristbjörg Ögmundsdóttir was born at Miðdalir in Dalasýsla on September 24, 1858. Unmarried and childless. She came west to Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1887. She moved to N. Dakota and settled in the Eyford Settlement.  In 1900, she settled in Red Deer Point, Manitoba and started a livestock farm there.  She moved from there to Winnipegosis.
