Norman Sophonias Danielson was born in Árborg on December 21, 1921. He died on November 12, 1945 in an accident in Manitoba.
Unmarried and childless.
Norman was the son of Guðjón Sófóníus Daníelsson and Una Guðlaugur Þórarinsdóttir, both born in Iceland. He attended Bjarmaskóli from 1929-1937. He studied for a time at the Musker Engineering Institute in Winnipeg. On January 30, 1945, he joined the Royal Canadian Air Force and was stationed at Barriefield, Ontario. He died while on leave in his hometown.
