Kristín Magnúsdóttir fæddist 4. september, 1819 í Rangárvallasýslu. Dáin í Utah árið 1887. Ógift og barnlaus. Heimild í Utah segir að hugsanlega hafi Kristín farið vestur með ársgamla stúlku dóttur, Þuríðar og Magnúsar. Sú er ekki á lista Íslendinga í Utah. Fór vestur til Utah árið 1857 samferða Magnúsi Bjarnasyni og konu hans Þuríði Magnúsdóttur.

Kristján Magnússon

Kristján Magnússon was born in Gullbringusýsla on November 11, 1872. He died in Salt Lake City on April 16, 1951, but is buried in Spanish Fork. He took the name Kris or Chris Einarson in Utah. Unmarried and childless. Kristján emigrated west to Utah in 1884 and settled in Spanish Fork. Kristján worked in mining, owned land, and farmed.
